When coming up with a definition of what Design is it's important to note that effectively, everything has been designed. The building your in, the chair you're sitting in, the computer your using this website, all have been designed using the Design Cycle as a process of defining the problem, conceiving a solution, refining the design and producing a product. Even evolution is a form of design where the product is being continually refined and developed.
