In this article we are going over the Top 50 models ranking from 2023 of the largest European car market.
The undiscussed leader remains the Volkswagen Golf, now in its eighth generation model. Reporting 81,117 sales, a 3.8% year-on-year loss.
The Volkswagen T-roc maintains 2nd spot with 68,678 new sales (+16.5%), in front of the Volkswagen Tiguanwhich sold 63,958 units (+8.2%).
The Opel Corsa maintains 4th spot with 53,669 sales (+6.9%), in front of the Volkswagen Passat -up 1 spot- with 47,494 sales (+21.0%), the Mini at 45,938 (+14.4%) and the Tesla Model Y with 45,818 new sales (+29.3%).
The Mercedes C Classfalls 4 spots into 8th with 44,257 sales (+32.3%), followed by the Skoda Octavia with 41,819 registrations (+25.6%) and finally the BMW X1 -up 28 spots- with 37,237 units sold (+85.9%).
