The identified services under the Andhra Pradesh Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) are broadly categorized amongst the Government to Government (G2G), Government to Citizen (G2C), Government to Employee (G2E) and Government to Business (G2B) areas to cover the broad gamut of AP Government and its stakeholders.

HERB APCFSS app for additional security layer of two-factor authentication in CFMS transactions to protect the interest of employees. HERB APCFSS app (Employee mobile app) can be downloaded from the google play store.
Once installed the app in your smart phone, open the app and login with your User ID (CFMS ID) and password. Thereafter, will get OTP to your registered mobile number and enter to proceed login.
Employee can download their individual pay slips through this Employee Play slip Download service. For this tap on the play slip icon on home page, then play slip page will be opened. Now select the year and month from the drop down list and tap on the green color Get button.
Finally your salary slip will be generated. Now you can check your personal details, earning details, deduction details, net salary details and check your PAN, GPF, APGLI and other details.

Employee need to visit the HERB Portal, https://herb.apcfss.in/ (payroll.herb.apcfss.in) and login using their CFMS credentials.
In case, they do not remember their password, click on Forgot Password and follow the steps to generate password, which will be sent to their mobile number registered with CFMS.
From the Employee Dashboard, employee need to opt HR & Payroll. Pay Slip download web application will be opened. In this web page, select the employee and enter the CFMS ID or Aadhar number in the required fields and click on Get OTP button.
OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP then another web page will be appeared. Now, select the year and month from the dropdown. Then, particular month salary slip will be generated.
Steps to download AP Employee Pay Slip 2024
Andhra Pradesh State Finance Department has launched the new Payroll website for the AP Employee under the supervision of CFMS.
As per the new PRC 2024, employees who are working in various departments can check the details and download the employee pay slip from the payroll web application using login details. To download the pay slip pensioners can follow the below given simple steps.
- AP employee need to visit official website of payroll, https://payroll.herb.apcfss.in/ in your device browser.
- Once you reach the official payroll website, click on the download pay slip link on the home page.
- After clicking on that link, Employee / Pensioner Provisional Pay Slip Download web application will be opened in your device.
- Select the regular from the drop down list. Now, click on the submit button.
- After clicking on the submit button, new web page will be opened. On this, enter the CFMS ID / HRMS ID in the designated field.
- Click on the Get OTP button. OR For Aadhaar based OTP, Enter employee Aadhaar number in the field provided. Click on Get OTP.
- After clicking on the OTP button, OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. enter the received OPT in the field and click on the submit button.
- Upon clicking on the submit button, pay slip will be generated and download option will now be enabled once the pay slip is generated. Now, click on the “Click Here to Download” button to download the pay slip.
- After clicking on the button, your pay slip will be downloaded in your device. Take a print it and preserve it for future reference.
How to Download AP Employee Pay Slips 2024
- Visit the AP CFMS official website: https://cfms.ap.gov.in/
- Then official CFM web portal will appear in your device
- On this home page, search for the ‘Employee & Pensioner Services’ section
- Now, click on the Employee Services Tab.
- The link would be expanded as (a) My Payslip, (b) Income for the Year and (c) My Loans
- Then, click on My Payslip link
- AP Employee Payslip downloading separate web page will be opened in a new tab
- In this web page, enter your 7 digits employee id in the given box and click on get details
