Do you have a kit for 2015 c&c f550

Cab and Chassis turbos are not rebuildable as they are a dual ceramicball bearing turbo.
They are similarto the 11-14 pickup style turbo which are ball bearing and a simple rebuild kit will not be sufficient.
A turbo captures the engine's waste exhaust gasses in the turbine. These gasses are then compressed in the compressor and fed back into the engine. This new cold compressed air enables the engine to produce more power by making the fuel burn more efficiently.
If you have a 4 liter engine and you want to make 690 crank horsepower with twin turbochargers you need to divide your target horsepower and engine displacement by 2 and find a turbo match based on half of the target inputs. Our example of a 4 liter engine and 690hp target power would now become a 2.0L and 345hp match.
“Stock, these engines can handle 600-650 horsepower with the stock rods. We had dual fuelers on it before, but we added a CP3 and an S467 turbo. The engine made 700 horsepower.” Roberson had been racing in the 7.70 1/8th-mile class with his 6.7L.
Of course, the answer depends on how the truck is used, how the engine is maintained, and whether or not the engine is operating correctly, but a turbocharger on a diesel engine will usually last for at least 150,000 miles, but more often than not, the average turbo will still be functioning correctly at 200,000 miles, ...
Turbocharged engines tend to have high torque at lower engine speeds, so you can get moving quickly without revving the engine too high. This can help you save fuel in stop-and-go traffic. Keep your foot light on the gas pedal. As with any car, driving with a light foot will help improve your fuel economy.
If a turbo is on the way out, it can show symptoms like a reduction in power, decrease in fuel mileage, strange whirring/whistling noises, sometimes excess smoke from the exhaust, and most of the time a check engine light or message will show on the dashboard.
The turbine size is increased to 72.5 millimeters from 64 millimeters, so exhaust gases have a larger surface area to spin the turbo, providing extra power.
The twin-turbo configuration of the 6.7 Powerstroke ensures a balanced and robust power delivery across a wide range of speeds. So, there is no compromise on performance regardless of RPMs: high or low.
To make things a bit simpler for our discussion, the average turbo size for a diesel pickup truck will usually range somewhere between 60mm to 88mm which helps us narrow things down a little, but that's still a very broad range of power production, from about 550 to 1,500.
