Flexible Options

The Department of Management offers a flexible curriculum for students to pursue the business administration major with a concentration in management and leadership, entrepreneurship, human resource management or international business.

We also offer an entrepreneurship minor for non-business and non-accounting students.

The business administration program is accredited by AACSB International—the highest distinction a business school can receive worldwide. This accreditation is held by less than five percent of business schools worldwide. It demonstrates that the program meets rigorous standards for quality and is dedicated to continuous improvement.

The human resource management concentrationaligns with guidelines recommended by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)—the world’s largest human resources professional organization providing education, research, advocacy and certification. Thisdesignation means students in good standing during their final year of study who meet the relevant criteria can apply for the exam to become a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which is regarded as the new global standard for the HR profession.
