Yo @GetSpectrum I thought by upgrading my service meant better service. But since then I’m constantly loosing my internet connection. And when I call all I get is people telling me to unplug and replug in my equipment. This is frustrating!!! Please help

If any of you are ever considering @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum DONT DO IT. They cost more then every other provider, their service sucks and they do ZERO to ever make up for their wrong. Oh and somehow just raised their price by $30 a month on me. @lord_gert I really need ATT

It’s very unethical that @GetSpectrum won’t let you change your service without having to call/chat with someone. They just want the opportunity to try and talk you out of your decision or upsell you into a bundle. That’s disgusting. @Ask_Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum I want to know why Spectrum's boxes on the powerlines exploded and no truck has come by yet to repair it. Having a tech come out won't help because they don't have the equipment to fix those lines!
