@Ask_Spectrum No worries, we are use to it. After 3 years you just kind of get use to it dropping and rebuffering. (Is that an actual word?) Hey Google "Is rebuffering a word?" Yes! We understand you folks are working on the problem. P.S. We still like you over dial up!

@Ask_Spectrum I want to know why Spectrum's boxes on the powerlines exploded and no truck has come by yet to repair it. Having a tech come out won't help because they don't have the equipment to fix those lines!

@Ask_Spectrum Poor neighborhoods in Holly Hill Florida 5 days waiting for spectrum to fix the Wi-Fi and there's no eta. Rich neighborhoods in Ormond by the sea Florida and Ormond beach waited until Friday to get their WiFi on and had to wait a day. The way spectrum does things.

@Ask_Spectrum How do you get us up and running for 2.5 hours at a time. Y'all are the worst service in the Country. Sunday, 2.5 hours, down for 2 days, today, 2.5 hours, down AGAIN!!! 😞 Not to mention it took 3 days to get 2.5 hours. Something ain't right.

Have had approximately the W O R S T experience with @GetSpectrum over the last two months. Just absolutely asinine on all counts - except for ONE customer service representative named Yeti.

@Ask_Spectrum Seeing on your website the eta for services to be restored is (hopefully) tomorrow, 10/5. Can you please confirm if that’s a possibility or if there’s still actually not an ETA? Cause people need their service back. It’s been almost a week.
