@GetSpectrum Every single time I come here I have to stand in line for an hour cuz your products keep breaking down. We only pay about $260. a month...what should we expect.

@EMT_Ashlie @GetSpectrum Ya, they are garbage. You pay an arm and leg for duplicate channels. The on demand never works and your bill keeps going up for no reason just bc they can. All good change is coming shortly

@Ask_Spectrum Your digital signal is terrible. I can hardly watch either cable television or my premium package (HBO etc) due to interference and glitching. I want someone to come fix the problem or I will be cancelling my service with you.

@Ask_Spectrum Too late. Already signed up with Wow, who is half the price with faster speeds. Probably should talk to your customer care team about manners and adjust your rates to be more appropriate. Also existing customers ARE just as important as new customers. Just FYI.

@GetSpectrum I am so sick of not being valued by customer service. I have had issues with my bill for two months and have been promised credits that I haven’t revived! I am not a happy customer right now and I am telling all my friends and family about my horrible experience.

@Ask_Spectrum I want to know why Spectrum's boxes on the powerlines exploded and no truck has come by yet to repair it. Having a tech come out won't help because they don't have the equipment to fix those lines!
