Update... @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum is unable to escalate an issue because I "accepted" a credit for the "inconvenience". I accepted nothing. The supervisor issued a credit without even telling me he was doing so. Laughable customer service.

I never have a problem streaming stuff in 4K, but the day @Stranger_Things comes out, either @netflix or @GetSpectrum sh*t the bed. Episode has to pause 6 times to buffer and spends 5 mins in like 360p. It’s like 2008 all over again.

@Ask_Spectrum Just got off the phone with customer service. Nothing they could do- magically our internet is back up again (for now). We have to head into a store tomorrow to swap out our gig modem.

@GiggleBeast if you continue to pay spectrum for the service they are not providing then of course they're not going to fix it because they're getting paid anyway. Fire them....get a better provider. When that happens enough....they will fix it.

@thathollybaird @Ask_Spectrum I pay extra for high speed internet and it still sucks. They are literally a horrible service and they don’t even care. I’ve never seen anything good said about them

Just want to congratulate @GetSpectrum for giving me the worst customer service experience of my life. I have pictures. I have voice recordings. I will share. It only took 14 months to MAYBE fix my internet problem. The jury is still out. Unbelievable.

@cpnYarhar It's still an upgrade from the <5 I used to get. I wish @GetSpectrum offered plans with a more reasonable up/down ratio. I would so much prefer something like 100/50 to my new 400/20 plan. Even their gigabit plan only has 35 up; it's a joke.

@Ask_Spectrum Our wifi goes down when our internet goes out, so yes, both go down. Sometimes the light on the modem goes out, but usually our issue is that the bandwidth coming straight out of the modem drops so low (single digits).

@Ask_Spectrum No worries, we are use to it. After 3 years you just kind of get use to it dropping and rebuffering. (Is that an actual word?) Hey Google "Is rebuffering a word?" Yes! We understand you folks are working on the problem. P.S. We still like you over dial up!

@Ask_Spectrum I want to know why Spectrum's boxes on the powerlines exploded and no truck has come by yet to repair it. Having a tech come out won't help because they don't have the equipment to fix those lines!
